(40 hours/week)

Position: Director of Security/Rover

Monday-Friday 7am-3pm, OFF/On-call Saturday/Sunday

Pay: $50,000/year salaried

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring/scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.
- Training: oversee the security team, identify deficiencies, take corrective action, hold training meetings
- Client Liaison: maintain a close relationship with the client to ensure expectations are exceeded by all members of the team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- MUST have previous condominium security supervisor experience.
- Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
- Must be able to clearly communicate in English
- Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
- Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation.

**SALARY**:$50,000/year

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
