Parts Coordinator for Collision Center

**Objectives**
**- Ensure the repair process is completed correctly and in a timely manner.**
**- To effectively negotiate and maintain the best possible service, prices and discounts from all suppliers.**
**- To maintain an accurate and organized parts and materials inventory.**
**- To maintain the minimum standards of profitability for OEM, aftermarket and used parts.**
**Parts Coordinator Responsibilities**
**1. Order, receive, process and monitor parts throughout the repair process.**
**2. Communicate to Manager, Estimators and Technicians updates regarding required parts, delivery or issues. Assist in resolving issues at hand.**
**4. Monitor parts deliveries, track part status daily and communicate with vendors to receive updated information.**
**5. Receive and check-in parts. Greet and communicate with delivery personnel. Receive and match all parts to invoice upon delivery.**
**6. Receive and check-in collision shop supplies (tape, paper, paint, sand paper) delivered from Capital Paint. Greet and communicate with delivery personnel. Receive and match all parts to invoice upon delivery.**
**Additional Position Requirements**
**1. Attention to detail. Ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently.**
**2. Organization. Ability to arrange workplace and materials in a systematic way.**
**3. Stress Tolerance. Ability to perform well under pressure, ability to undertake multiple projects at once without getting overwhelmed.**
**4. Ability to work independently. Ability to perform tasks, act, and complete projects without assistance from others.**
**5. Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.**
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
