**WHAT WE DO**

At Cortiva Institute, we train our students to become licensed professionals in Beauty, Health & Wellness.

**ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
- Lead and manage a team of admissions representatives and support staff.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective recruitment materials and campaigns.
- Analyze data and metrics to monitor progress toward enrollment goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to admissions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management.
- Other duties as assigned.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions or related field, with a focus on recruiting and enrolling students.
- Strong knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and providing academic advising support.
