Milestone Montessori is a new Montessori school opening in Houston’s Montrose District for children from 3 months through 6 years of age. We are looking for experienced Montessori certified lead teachers for our infant program, toddler program, and primary program, who are passionate about creating a school environment and culture that is authentic to the Montessori Method.

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate Montessori Assistant Teachers to join our infant, toddler, or primary team. Previous experience teaching at a Montessori school as a Lead Teacher is preferred.

**Duties**:

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Support the Montessori Lead Teacher to provide an authentic Montessori classroom experience
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily teaching practices

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with students 3 months - 6 years of age is required. Experience in a Montessori school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and fostering their growth

**Experience**:

- Classroom: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Houston, TX 77019: Relocate before starting work (required)
