Altitude Energy Partners is now hiring a motivated and experienced ROC Specialist. The Remote Operations Center (ROC) fully supports field operations via remote monitoring. ROC provides constant 24/7 support while maintaining a bridge of communication from the field to Operations, Corporate and Sales Staff internally. **IMPORTANT- YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TEMPORARILY TRAVEL TO CASPER, WY UNTIL THE BUILD-OUT OF THE ROC CENTER IN HOUSTON IS COMPLETE. **

**Essential Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Monitor real time operations of all AEP rigs for 12hrs per day.
- Support both Unmanned and Manned MWD Operations
- Unmanned Support includes but is not limited to
- Remote MWD Data Quality Monitoring and Logging Services
- Remote Survey Management and Distribution to Customer
- Remote Log Quality Assurance, Log Management and Distribution to Customer
- Active Management of Pre, Post and Ongoing Drilling Activities
- Manned Support includes but is not limited to following:

- Assurance that all AEP Pre and Post-Job Requirements are met or exceeded.
- Realtime Communication of field issues to the Operations, Corporate and Sales Staff.
- Assurance that QC Standards are met or exceeded on Daily Paperwork from the field.
- Monitor and verify that all AEP SOPs are being followed in the field.

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-year technical degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2-years MWD Field Experience is highly preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and able to pass drug screenings
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Experience with multiple MWD platforms

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft & Windows based software
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work long hours in an often high-stress and fast paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
