**Position Title: IT Technician**
**Location: Scarborough, ME 04074**
**Expected Duration: 6+ Months with possibility of extension or Permanent**
- Provide first and second-level support for all desktop, software, and hardware issues within the organization.
- Act as a liaison between users and higher-level support teams, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of issues.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting.
- Ensure security and privacy protocols are followed to protect systems and data.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $21.95 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
