Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Deliver food and drinks orders to customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team to coordinate food delivery
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer needs or requests promptly
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to dishwasher for cleaning
- Follow all relevant health department regulations.
- Constantly moving furniture.

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- 1+ years of Proven work experience as a server, busser, food runner at an upscale restaurant
- Hands-on experience with ordering information system (e.g. POS/Expo)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist in bussing tables and supporting overall restaurant operations

**Preferred**:

- High School Diploma
- Food Handler Certification
- Armenian language is a plus

**PHYSICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, COGNITIVE, AND SOCIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
**Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping**: stand for long periods of time; stoop, bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist at the neck and waist, reach above and below shoulder level, push and pull including mops, vacuum cleaners, other equipment. Exposure to heat, moisture and cleaning chemicals. Use of hands and fingers to feel and grasp, push and pull (simple and power) and for fine manipulation and to scrub, wipe, polish and fold.

**Lifting**: lift up to 35 lbs.
