- Open the practice, make sure lobby is clean.
- Greet Patients with a Smile
- Check in /Check out
- Answer phones /direct to appropriate person
- Scan IDs / Insurance Cards
- Check Faxes and sort to appropriate dept
- Responsible for keeping patient demographics and insurances up to date
- Incoming Referrals are current
- Daily Activity Log - end of each day
- Make sure all documents in patient chart is up to date for current year
- Upload documents into chart
- Insurance Verification is worked 2 weeks out
- Medical Records
- Authorizations
- Referrals
- Insurance Verification
- Has to be very organized, efficient with computer(ECW experience is a plus.)
- Team player, friendly, willing to lend extra hand if needed, responsible person
- Follow up phone calls to patients and assist docs in patient care for an efficient seamless patient experience

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
