**Job Summary**

The Associate Director is responsible for assisting in the recruitment, evaluation, selection,

and enrollment of first-year students. The counselor will interview students, plan and

execute recruitment travel in their assigned domestic territories, give on
- campus

presentations, and read and select applicants as a member of the Admission Committee.

**Major Areas of Responsibility**- Plan and execute recruitment travel, working to increase the College’s visibility in both local and distant markets. Travel responsibilities include in-person visits at individual schools and community-based organizations, college fairs, interviews, workshops, and networking events. Travel up to 6-8 weeks in the fall and 2-4 weeks in the spring.-
- Build and maintain relationships with high school, independent, and community-based
- counselors and alumni in assigned travel territories.-

- Contribute to and participate in on-campus recruitment and yield events, including
- interviews, information sessions, Open Houses, and workshops.- **Minimum Qualifications**
