This a hybrid role. The corporate office is in Fairfax, Virginia. You will need to be on site for minimum of 2 days/week.

What you’ll do:_**
- Recruit for our clinical positions for our Diagnostic Centers throughout Northern Virginia, which may include, but not limited to:

- Techs: CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine, and PET
- NP/PA
- Conduct thorough Intake sessions with hiring managers
- Create optimized job postings
- Complete post-hire check-ins

What you’ll bring:_**
- 4+ years’ recruitment experiment
- 2+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills (for internal and external customers)
- Strong technical skills as one would have with in depth ATS experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to centers throughout Northern Virginia
- Reliable, high-speed internet and dedicated office space in order to work remote days.
