**Position Overview**:
The Project Manager / Creative Design Assistant will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing each project from the initial information-gathering stage until production commencement. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist in creative design tasks, utilizing Photoshop and basic editing skills to contribute to the visual aspects of projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly resolved. We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, has an eye for design, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Ensure meticulous management of all project details from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creative design tasks, utilizing Photoshop and basic editing skills.
- Contribute to the visual aspects of projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Basic skills in Photoshop and editing.
- An eye for design and a creative mindset.
