**Your Opportunity**:
This position is a full-time, position reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As the **Creative Manager**, you will lead a team of content creators, video editors, and graphic designers in producing high-quality multimedia content for MyBambu fintech products and services. This role requires a blend of creative expertise, team leadership, and hands-on skills in content creation, video editing, and graphic design. You will collaborate closely with MyBambu teams to ensure that our content aligns with our brand guidelines, engages our target audience, and drives business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, video editors, and graphic designers to deliver compelling and impactful multimedia content.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute content strategies that align with MyBambu brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**: Create and oversee the creation of engaging written content, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for various marketing channels.
- **Video Production**: Direct video shoots, edit footage, and produce high-quality videos that tell compelling stories and showcase MyBambu products and services.
- **Graphic Design**: Oversee the design process for marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, and print collateral.
- **Creative Direction**: Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, ensuring that all content and designs meet quality standards and MyBambu brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of content.
