As a **Automotive Service Support/CSI Specialist**, you are responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for the guests through in-person and phone communications
**What you'll be working on**:
- Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- High volume of outbound calls
- Manage and drive dealership's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score
- Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
- Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
**What you need to bring to the table**:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
- Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
- Strong technical aptitude and ability
- Must be punctual with solid time-management skills
**Salary**:$17.75-$30.00/hour
- Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
