**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the bar, including inventory, ordering, drink creation and promotions
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and front of house manager
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the bar
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to the bar

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work necessary hours, including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of local and state liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
