**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise the front-of-house staff, including builders, choppers & dish crew
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, serving line, chop stations and restrooms
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food servic
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for front-of-house staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new employees

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in, customer service within hospitality setting is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Proficient in cash handling procedure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends
