- **Requirement**: Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. Previous experience in office experience preferred.
- **Starting Pay**: negotiable based on experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidential personnel files.
- Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $43,415.00 - $46,147.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
