- Supervise and participate in all logistic center functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing and shipping.
- Support the GM in structuring, contributing to and leading employee meetings on topics such as daily scrums, safety, training, quality etc.
- Foster a work environment that maximizes employee involvement, morale, and engagement.
- Ensure quality standards are achieved for all goods received, inventoried, packed and shipped.
- Troubleshoot any obstacles in operational procedures and research inventory discrepancies utilizing shipping documents and ERP programs.
- Be a champion of continuous improvement, change and contribute to the strategic direction of facility initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- College degree in business, finance, or supply-chain related discipline
- 3-4 years of management in supply chain or related field.
- Strong but empathetic people leader who prioritizes building a strong, high performing team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build successful internal and external partnerships.
- Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to prioritize and multi-task to ensure deadlines are met, with a focus on results.
