**Clinical Support Technician/Unit Secretary Position Summary**
**Clinical Support Technician/Unit Secretary Position Requirements**
- Previous CNA/EMT experience preferred
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Medical Terminology preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent required. CNA/EMT certification preferred with previous experience as a nursing assistant, home health aide, EMT or other healthcare-related education considered.
**Clinical Support Technician/Unit Secretary Work Schedule**
- May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination per departmental policy.
- Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.
- Required to work weekends per unit need.
- Expected to work overtime on occasion.
**Clinical Support Technician/Unit Secretary Benefits**
- At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
