Position: Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Port Charlotte, FL
Type: Full Time, Part Time and PRN
**Shift Type: 8 hour shifts and 12 hour shifts available**
Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent nursing care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly address any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and fellow team members to provide a supportive and nurturing environment.
Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
- Valid Florida or Compact Nursing License.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of our residents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is a plus.
