**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Diagnose & Repair** Fix pool issues like a pro.

**Install & Program** Install and repair pool equipment, including heaters and automation systems.

**Heater Specialist** Repair and install gas heaters.

**Pool Maintenance** Perform acid washes, chlorine baths, and basic pool servicing.

**Routine Care** Brush walls, vacuum, empty baskets, check chemistry, and clean filters.

**Inspections** Keep pools and equipment in peak condition.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience** 3-5 years doing professional pool repair and installations.

**Knowledgeable** Familiarity with various equipment, especially Pentair.

**Skilled** Expertise in electrical and plumbing repairs and diagnostics.

**Early Bird** Ready to start at 6 AM and work long hours if needed.

**Outdoor Lover** Comfortable working under the Arizona sun.

**Communicator** Excellent customer service skills.
- **Strong** Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

**Company Truck** We provide a truck for work purposes.

**Legally Authorized** Must be able to work in the US.

**Local Resident** Living in the East Valley is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

**$30/hr**

**Full-Time** 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with potential for overtime at time-and-a-half.

**Paid Training**: Get paid while you learn.

**Direct Deposit** Bi-weekly pay as a W2 employee.

**Benefits** After 90 days, join our company-matched (up to 3%) retirement plan and a medical insurance plan, with Barefoot Pools covering 50% of the cost.

**Annual Compensation Estimate**:
**Base Pay**

$30/hr × 40 hours/week × 52 weeks/year = **$62,400/year**

**Overtime Pay**

$30/hr × 1.5 (overtime rate) × 5 hours/week × 52 weeks/year = **$11,700/year**

**Total Estimated Annual Earnings**:
**$62,400 + $11,700 = $74,100/year**
