It is important that our customers see our technicians as Pool Professionals and not just another "pool guy/girl." Experience is required, however we are willing to train if you are willing to learn**

Daily Responsibilities include
- Quoting, troubleshooting, installing, and repairs on pool equipment including heaters, lights, automation, blowers, pumps, filters, timers, pool cleaners, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, and galvanized plumbing.
- Communicating effectively with office and customers
- Maintaining a professional and clean demeanor and appearance
- The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed
- The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
- Must have or be willing to attain RAIL License
- Must be willing to continue their education and certifications, attend workshops, classes, seminars, from industry leaders and manufacturers.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Authorized to work in the US
- Willing to undergo a background check
- Be able to lift 100lbs by yourself
- Able to work in all weather conditions (heat,cold,rain etc)
- **This is a W2 position
