**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- **Community Management**: Foster strong relationships with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using appropriate tools. Adjust strategies as needed based on insights and analytics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, PR, and other departments to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a harmonious online presence.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for 3+ years. Familiarity with all social media platforms and the best practices. Experience executing campaigns, both paid and organic, is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and attention to detail. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure, a keen sense of the latest social media trends, and, of course, full of creativity.
