We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Fee-for-Service (FFS) Phlebotomist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients for various lab tests, ensuring each patient has a comfortable and positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood samples.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of all specimens.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all collected samples.
- Follow strict safety and infection control protocols.
- Provide excellent patient care and address any patient concerns.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure timely processing of samples.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Phlebotomist with relevant training and credentials.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in phlebotomy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
