**Duties**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, including investigating disturbances and reporting any unauthorized individuals or activities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate locations
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Perform loss prevention measures to prevent theft or damage to property
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any relevant information
- Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and providing first aid or CPR if necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required

**Requirements**:

- Valid Security Officer certificate or license
- Previous experience in loss prevention, military, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to deescalate tense situations effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Experience level:

- 1 year
- 5 years

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
