Job Summary
The Procurement Specialist provides support to the Shake Shack Procurement team in ensuring the timely and accurate deployment of furniture, fixtures, finishes, signs, and mechanical components for new and existing Shacks. The role is focused on maintaing databases, processing requisitions, purchase orders and invoices, as well as compiling and distributing status report on the delivery schedule, cost and performance of Shake Shack-supplied items at new and existing Shacks.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Purchase Order and vendor invoice management in Workday
- Maintain and continuously update milestone dates in vendor reports and regularly communicate updates to relevant vendors
- Manage vendor information, assignments and workflows in Lucernex
- Provide specialist support to Manager and Sr. Manager of Procurement in rollout or retrofit initiatives
- Assist in compiling data for financial forecasts in Workday Adaptive
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Construction and Operations, on the delivery of Shake Shack furnished items

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- 2-4 years prior experience in Procurement/Supply Chain
- Financial administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Experience in Workday and Lucernex preferred
- Ability to work independently and proritize tasks in a fast-paced enviroment
