ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Support Specialist to join the Corporate Action Staff of an organization that supports a fast-paced and sensitive Sponsor mission. This individual will provide administrative assistant support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of the Sponsor's Front Office and Organization Divisions. The Program Support Specialist will assist in the design, development, integration, tracking, and maintenance of SLT activities and program requirements. Additionally, this individual will help identify best practices for repeating and standardizing workflows; be involved in recording and evaluating requirements; track multiple teams' progress through a succession of agile methodologies in coordination with SLT; and coordinate multiple project schedules against larger office-level schedules.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide calendar management for Sponsor SLT
- Manage and deconflict schedules
- Schedule recurring meetings
- Provide support as direct for various meetings, including but not limited to: development of presentation slides, templates, agendas, minutes, and associated documentation
- Provide event planning support for Sponsor hosted meetings/activities including but not limited to: program management, logistics, scheduling, etc.
- Create requests for supplies, small purchases, etc.
- Open/close vaults and conference rooms as needed
- Provide Temporary Duty (TDY) travel support
- Assist Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
- Manage Sponsor projects in the enterprise management tool to include input of new requirements, refinement of requirements, movement of requirements, and creation/maintenance of boards and reports
- Create and maintain reporting from enterprise requirements management tool
- Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings, documentation and distribution of minutes and action items, and tracking of action times for successful completion
- Assist in the preparation of Sponsor leadership's management plans and reports
- Support tasks requiring the collection, compilation, evaluation, and publication of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations
- Maintain Sponsor program management documentation
- Provide support such as technical writing, technical editing of documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive project, and preparation of graphical and narrative presentation materials
- Compose and edit technical documents such as user's manuals, training materials, proposals, and reports

**Hours of Coverage**:
Individual shift may vary; core hours from 6:00AM - 6:00PM
**Basic Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional working relationships
- Must be proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- 5+ years of relevant program support/administration experience

**Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct knowledge of the customer's operational environment

**Security Clearance Requirements:
- An active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance

**Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices
