**Breakfast Attendant Job Description and Expectations**

**Monday-Friday: 5:00am - 11:00am**

**Saturday and Sunday: 6:00am - 12:00pm**
- Employee should arrive to work on time, well groomed, in uniform, apron on and with name tag in order to begin shift
- Be familiar with the menu and information about all the food offerings
- Make sure lobby area is guest ready
- Ensure the breakfast area is ready for food presentation
- Thoughtfully create and follow a varying menu of your hot items so recurring guests are enjoying all the variety we have to offer
- Prepare food on a timely fashion to have it all prepared in time for guests
- Prepare food according to standards
- Follow correct food handling procedures in accordance with GFS procedures
- Set up the stations according to the current standards for brand
- Follow proper food safety temperature logs and document the required items and their temperature as the sheet provides
- Keep all food stations clean and stocked
- Keep all utensils, plates, and napkins restocked
- Keep coffee station clean and stocked up
- Clear and clean tables as necessary. You should be asking guests if they would like their empty plates taken and anticipate their needs throughout breakfast service hours.
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Keep your kitchen station clean and orderly during service hours
- Interact with guests and make them feel welcome and appreciated. All staff members are to practice great hospitality to all our guests.
- You are responsible for placing and managing all food orders. Using the Marriott order guide, you are to ensure all necessary items stay stocked and in-date.
- You are to use FIFO order to keep your food storage organized.
- The kitchen and eating area should be cleaned according to your check list and turned in to the GM everyday before you leave.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
