Creative Testing Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning and day-to-day management of creative experiments for a wide range of content including video, text, audio, and other forms of digital media
- Collaborate with colleagues and consultants to collect and organize content for experiments and maintain library of creative content
- Work with the creative and analytics team to identify goals for testing and establish an iterative approach built to inform campaign creative strategy
- Lead the production and editing of videos and graphics for testing purposes
- Work closely with the analytics team to develop a testing calendar and to analyze and summarize testing takeaways and insights
- Lead cross-team coordination meetings to report on learnings, brainstorm new ideas, and align on testing priorities
- Stay on top of emerging social media trends and propose creative content ideas
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2-4+ years experience as a strategist or analyst strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with a/b tests, persuasion tests, or similar experiments
- Curiosity for learning what persuades and motivates audiences
- Deep knowledge of best practices in designing for one or more of the following: political persuasion advertising, campaign social media, political digital fundraising, or motion graphics
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to turn around work quickly
