_**The position is part-time (Less than 10 hours weekly). The team practices two days a week and has a weekend game. Also, coaches can make up to $80,000 a year with the Developmental Football League (DFL) affiliate partnership program.**_

The DFL is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to serve as a coach for our football team. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the team's football program, including player development, game strategy, and team operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and practice schedules to enhance the skills and abilities of players.
- Design and execute effective game strategies, play calling, and in-game adjustments to maximize team performance and success.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and improvement.
- Recruit, select, and retain talented players who align with the team's values and objectives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
- Lead and motivate assistant coaches, support staff, and players to achieve their full potential and work towards common goals.
- Liaise with league officials, team management, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with league rules and regulations.
- Professionally represent the team at all times, both on and off the field.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience coaching football at the high school, collegiate, or professional level is required.
- Strong knowledge of football strategy, techniques, and fundamentals. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and mentor players to reach their full potential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Dedication, commitment, and a passion for the game of football.
