**Per Diem, Part Time, 4 Hour Shifts**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Medication Reminders according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with nursing home or senior care settings is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers
- Compassion, patience, and empathy for individuals requiring care
**Skills**:
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities
- Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive equipment used in patient care
