We have hosted thousands of guests with nearly 4,000 5-Star Airbnb and VRBO reviews and maintain Airbnb's highest host status SuperHost for over 20 quarters in a row. Our clientele is unique in that we host some of the most notable C-level executives in the world along with some of the most recognizable figures in pop-culture. We've had the pleasure of hosting amazing families from all over the world, who often come back to us every time they visit. We are process-driven and extremely detail-oriented to ensure great experiences to our guests and our team. We want our guests to have superb experiences every time they stay with us.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities:
As the field operations manager, you will be responsible to manage the following:

- Inventory of property (furniture and supplies)
- Quality control of properties
- Hosts schedules
- Hosts management
- 3rd party vendor scheduling and managing
- Manage and make sure maintenance gets completed in a timely manner
- Onboarding project managing
- Read Breezeways inspections for quality control

Qualifications and Experience:
Must have Experience in hosting vacation house rentals. Airbnb experience helpful

Attention to detail:
Be able to formulate strategies to improve performance

Be able to optimize processes and implement best practices to ensure tasks are completed on schedule

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult messages clearly and empathetically; fluency in written and spoken English is required.An active listener who can think quickly and critically under pressureAble to confidently solve complex problems, while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling costsAbility to calmly thrive under pressure, perform consistently and work with a sense of urgencySuperb organization skills in order to prioritize and manage a large volume of cases during peak periods, as well as work autonomouslyMust be a forward thinker who has the ability to see problems before they ariseMust be resourceful and willing to pitch in wherever neededMust be a self-starter, and able to recognize need before a task is assignedMust be comfortable working in multiple locations, across multiple properties any given day.Must have a valid US Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
