**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Soccer Testing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in facilitating the testing of youth soccer players at various locations in the Southern California area. The Soccer Testing Coordinator will be part of a team responsible for the setup and execution of testing events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Travel required to various testing locations in Southern California to conduct soccer skill assessments.
- Direct and oversee the setup of testing equipment and facilities to ensure all standards are met.
- Coordinate with your supervisor on when and where testing will be held.
- Provide a briefing to players, coaches, and parents on the testing process and objectives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing protocols and materials.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with youth, parents, and coaches.
- Willingness to travel and work afternoon and evening hours.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
