Responsibilities include:
- Providing sales support to the owners, including creating and processing sales orders, maintaining customer records and assisting with customer inquiries
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with vendors to research and coordinate travel arrangements for customers
- Proactively seek positive outcomes for each customer interaction, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating and distributing travel related materials
- Provide support to the owners with any additional tasks needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
