RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative tasks that may include but not limited to:
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, take orders and address any issues. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Scheduling service calls, accepting and assigning parts to technicians.
Answering phones, support the sales team in creating quotes, proforma invoices, etc.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma is a must. Preferable Associate degree.
Computer Skills.
Excellent in problem solving, interpersonal, communication, presentation and computer skills. Self-Motivated and has the ability to deliver results on time within specifications and requirements with quality is a big plus.
Must pass drug tests.
