**What will I be doing?**

As an Event Manager, you would be responsible for managing all reservations and service aspects for "Rooms Only" and "Social" groups as well as room blocks associated to conference, catering and convention groups. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Provide direction and supervision to departments to ensure successful execution of reservations and service aspects for meetings and/or events
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests and resolve issues and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare reports, correspondence and analysis related to group activity
- Lead, facilitate and participate in meetings, as needed
- Maintain an open line of communication between guests, team members, and management.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
