Job Summary:
Kayser Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team in Watertown, Wisconsin. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our service department. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry, with a competitive salary and commission of $80,000 plus per year.

Compensation & Benefits:
In addition to the competitive salary, this position also offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discounts on car purchases and service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the service department, including personnel, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and supervise service department staff, including service advisors and technicians.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and improve customer service.
- Monitor and analyze service department performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
- Ensure that all service work is completed accurately and on time, following manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Review and approve all service department expenses, including payroll, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology, and regulations, and implement necessary changes to improve operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service department leadership role in the auto industry (Chrysler prefered).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
