**EXAMPLE OF TASKS**:

- Answer inbound calls regarding mortgage loans.
- Accurately document information into company software.
- Assist borrowers with Check-by-Phone Payments
- Review pay histories.
- Explain escrow disclosure statements.
- Perform office duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Interact with callers showing sensitivity, tact and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly, listen concisely and effectively.

- Use basic math to solve problems.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Three years’ experience in loan servicing industry.
- *Bank experience a plus*
- *Mortgage experience a plus*
- *Bilingual preferred*
- Proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- Ability to analyze/resolve problems and adapt to change.
- Solid vocabulary, math, and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluency in English, including business level verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills with a minimum keyboarding of 40 wpm.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
