**Specific Work Location and conditions**:

- In-person.
- Outpatient Medical Office environment located in Weymouth, MA.
- The TMS Coordinator may be asked to sit, stand, reach, bend, and maneuver around the TMS machine and the treatment room.
- Loud, repetitive noises are produced by the TMS treatment machine and hearing protection of 30 dB or above may be recommended and will be provided by Square Medical Group.

**License/Certification**:

- Driver's License (preferred)

**Experience & Education**:

- Adult Mental Healthcare: 1 year (preferred).
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred).
- Bachelor's (preferred).
- High School diploma or GED (required).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive, nonjudgmental, unbiased demeanor is critical.
- Outgoing and proactive work style
- Ability to work independently and without daily supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity, excellent fine motor skills
- Ability to accurately measure and perform basic calculations.

- Prior healthcare experience a plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- (Optional) Certification and/or experience administering TMS on Brainsway 102B technology.
- Fluent in English (bilingual a plus, specifically Spanish)
- (Optional) Medical terminology experience a plus
- (Optional) Specialty knowledge or experience in the following areas: insurance prior authorization, psychopharmacology, psychiatric inpatient, psychiatric outpatient services, neuroscience, or pre-medical college coursework a plus
