**Summary**

**Position Summary**:Under general supervision the Application Specialist has the ability to work alone on regular duties while referring appropriately to manager or other resources for escalation or support. The Application Specialist should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing remote or on-site support of end users. The Application Specialist possesses strong communication skills adapted to the requirements of the customers.
- Acts as a liaison between the end user and information systems resources.

**Requirements**:

- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- 3-5 years experience
