Trend Athletes is seeking a proactive, highly-motivated individual with previous experience managing brand partnerships for athletes and sports-industry talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of an athlete’s brand partnership campaign including but not limited to securing brand partnerships, negotiating contracts between athletes and brands, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring athlete’s execution of campaign requirements. Additionally, you will assist in the day-to-day strategy of managing the Trend Athletes roster and seek out partnerships with other companies and agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project management: manage athlete’s campaigns from start to finish, including negotiating rates, developing and/or reviewing and signing contracts, managing deliverables, communicating campaign briefs, gathering analytics.
- Takes a solution-focused approach to resolve any content or contract issues that may arise.
- Dedicated approach to client outreach with brands on behalf of athletes.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with athletes and brands on behalf of Trend Athletes.
- Ensures accurate, well-maintained records in Asana/CRM to maintain ease of campaign fulfillment and invoicing.
- Plays a key role in executing and achieving athletes’ business goals.
- Communicates regularly with athletes in regard to (including but not limited to) open offers, media and brand-partnership strategy, reporting and earnings, and current campaign maintenance.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and athletes in the sports industry.
- A team player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to ensure team goals are achieved.
- Willingness to be flexible and take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is ever-changing.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of proven experience in sports & athlete marketing, promotions, or strategy.
- Team sports or talent agency experience strongly preferred. Previous experience in sponsorship deals and generating media campaigns for athletes.
- A strong network of contacts within the sports industry and excellent networking skills
- A passion for and strong knowledge of sports, athlete marketing, and brand partnerships
- Expert attention to detail and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter with strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop client businesses
- Relationship driven with ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
- Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules and trends and an ever-changing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, business, communications, or a related field
