This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for menu planning, food management, and ensuring high-quality food production.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations
- Create and develop menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of food supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth operations
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Chef in the food industry
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and creativity
- Knowledge of menu planning, dietary requirements, and nutrition guidelines
- Familiarity with inventory control and cost management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
**Requirements**:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
