This is a Full Time Position and benefits are offered.
**Compensation**:
$50,000 a year

**Responsibilities**:
- Parts Counter Associate greets and assists customers at the counter.
- Answers phone calls on desk phones and takes phone calls in a timely manner.
- Invoices part(s)
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for dealerships.
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
- Handling parts payment and collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly.
- Packaging and shipping parts back to manufacturer/appropriate record keeping.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in Automotive Parts required
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and DMS is highly desirable
- Valid driver license and a good driving record.
- Must be 21 or over
