**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead with Excellence**: Set a stellar example for our team, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. You'll be instrumental in building an efficient and effective operation.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations with a focus on planning, communication, and execution. Ensure our school remains a safe place for learning by adhering to all safety and health guidelines.
- **Team Building**: Guide, organize, and support our talented team of educators and staff, helping them grow and improve our enrichment programs for students.
- **Curriculum and Standards**: Enhance our afterschool and summer programs by refining our curriculum and policies. Monitor teaching quality to meet and exceed the expectations of both parents and students.
- **Parent and Student Engagement**: Maintain open lines of communication with parents and students, using newsletters, meetings, and events. Work collaboratively to address any concerns with understanding and promptness.
- **Drive Growth**: Collaborate with the Director on marketing initiatives, handling inquiries, conducting school tours, managing enrollments, and other activities to attract new students.

**Who Should Apply**:

- You have at least three years of teaching experience with school-age children and at least two year of team management experience in educational settings.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an education-related field.
- You're excited about educational innovation and interested in taking on management and business tasks.
- You have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- You're a multitasking pro with exceptional time management skills.
- You have, or are willing to obtain, CPR and/or First Aid certification.
