**The Role**

Sexy Diva World, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Event Manager/Administrator Assistant to join our passionate team. This role will provide essential support to our event management and administrative functions, ensuring the seamless execution of our events and operations.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of summits, retreats, sexy diva night events,podcast, product launches, and VIP parties.
- Collaborate with event managers and vendors to organize logistics, such as venue selection, catering, décor, and entertainment.
- Coordinate event timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure all deliverables are met efficiently and within established parameters.
- Assist with on-site event management, including setup, guest registration, and problem resolution to ensure smooth event operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.

**The Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or 5 plus years of experience in related field preferred.
- Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or administration is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management
- software/tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Passion for the female empowerment, self-love and entertainment industry with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Bonus: Prior experience as an event planner within a non-profit organization would be highly advantageous.
