**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Oversee daily operations of the RV dealership, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the dealership’s inventory and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

**WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the RV or automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Knowledge of RV products and industry trends.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical requirements include the ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
