Our mission is to provide financial strategies to our clients through excellent client services. Headquartered in Naperville, Illinois with professionals working locally in the states they serve, the PMA companies had more than $44 billion in assets under administration as of December 31, 2023. Total assets under administration include both money market pool assets for which the PMA Companies serve as fund administrator/accountant, marketer, brokerage and municipal advisory services, and/or investment advisory, or separate account management.
**About the Position**
Our Bank Funding team is looking for a Director, Regional Funding whose primarily accountable for marketing strategies, prospecting new clients, and building a pipeline of new business opportunities for PMA within the defined region as well as collaborating with other service delivery groups within PMA to position PMA for success in onboarding new opportunities.
The Director, Regional Funding is also responsible for the maintenance of current relationships and establishing new funding capacities; maintain schedule of certificate of deposit rates; and assist in the certificate of deposit process. Perform functions to introduce new products, line extensions, and service and support materials, implement a marketing program, and gather information and competitive intelligence necessary to ensure the new and current products meet marketplace requirements.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) degree from a four-year college or university and 5 or more years of relevant experience in a professional setting. Key components of this job require having great attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position may involve either air and\or road travel to meet prospecting needs. Depending on seasonal and/or business demands additional travel may be required.
