**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions in children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions for various childhood and adolescent mental health concerns. (e.g., Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Child Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy, Play Therapy for Trauma).
- Deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment, tailoring approaches to the specific needs of each child and adolescent.
- Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in children's mental health.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related mental health field.
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.).
- Strong clinical skills including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, adolescents, and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as part of a team.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
