**This is a full-time position based in our Glendale Office.**
**Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off)**
**Start Time: 10:30 AM**
**Pay: $25.00 per hour plus Performance Bonuses**

We are seeking a responsible and organized administrative professional to join us as a Dispatcher. This position oversees truck team duties, work well independently and with others, as well as be an excellent communicator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls and document important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate truck team members.
- Operate and manage calls and messages from customers, team members, and management.
- Respond to queries related to scheduled services and pro-actively reach out if route changes will impact timelines
- Prioritize and organize calls and services according to the urgency
- Supervise the route and status of field teams to prioritize their daily schedule
- Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation within our booking and scheduling system.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office with proven experience in data entry
- Strong attention-to-detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure.
