**Posting Summary**
- The position reports into the Office of Budget & Finance and will oversee financial reporting and analytical support for the Division of Finance & Administration. Collaborating with business and finance personnel on the Camden Campus, the analyst will ensure accurate financial reporting to enhance business decisions. The position is tasked with developing and continually refining reporting based on business needs, enhancing the capacity for informed financial and business decisions, and analyzing variances relative to budget and historical performance. Utilizing data analysis and trending, the incumbent will contribute to senior leadership’s decision-making process, providing reports, table charts, and other data for presentations. Moreover, the role involves developing and maintaining expertise in Tableau and other systems related to financial information, actively participating in the implementation of new technology systems to align with campus operational and reporting requirements.
Additional responsibilities encompass coordinating monthly financial reports for the Camden Campus, analyzing trends affecting budget needs, and distributing monthly financial reports to senior leadership. The position also involves implementing data collection tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, monitoring data quality, and addressing discrepancies promptly. Furthermore, the analyst will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with leadership and multidisciplinary teams, and conduct data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and areas for improvement.
