- Conduct regular audits and reviews of test data to identify and rectify any inconsistencies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes and protocols.
- Provide regular reports on test data status, issues, and resolutions to project management and stakeholders.
- **Proposal Support**:

- Be available for oral presentations and discussions related to proposals as required.
- Assist in the preparation of data management sections for proposal documents.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Data Manager, Test Data Lead, or in a similar role.
- Extensive background working with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) or similar healthcare entities.
- Strong knowledge of data management best practices, data governance, and data security.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in data management tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to data management in the healthcare industry.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with specific CMS data management systems and tools.
- Certifications in Data Management or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and practices.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to be available for on-call duties as needed for proposal discussions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
